Rooted in Swiss hospitality standards and enriched with Latin soul, the experience focuses on thoughtful cooking, attentive service, and a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere at the table.

Group Size

Designed for intimate groups of up to 8 guests. This allows the chef to personally oversee every aspect of the experience. For larger groups, additional kitchen or service staff may be required and may involve additional costs.

Reservation Policy

A reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total service amount has been received. This secures the date and allows preparation — menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling.

If guests are delayed by more than 45 minutes without prior notice, the event may be considered cancelled. The following costs may apply:

  • 100% of ingredient and raw material costs
  • Compensation for working hours committed
  • Transportation and logistical costs
  • Compensation for external staff scheduled

Atelier

A participatory culinary experience where guests cook alongside the chef. Part dinner, part masterclass — the Atelier invites friends, families, or small groups to discover techniques, prepare dishes together, and share the final meal in a convivial atmosphere.


Each session is built around live fire and the chef's personal toolkit — techniques drawn from professional kitchens, adapted for a shared, hands-on experience that is as educational as it is delicious.
